Healthy Habits
challenge
Learn to really get healthy habits into your busy life, so that you can have more energy, less bloating (wear the clothes you want to again), lose weight and feel great about yourself.
People frequently think conceptually about ‘being healthy’, without paying much detail to the specific actions that they are taking (or not) to take care of themselves. Would you describe yourself as a healthy person (or a pretty healthy person)?
You might say ‘I go to the gym’ but, in reality, how many times have you been over the last month? You may feel that you ‘mostly’ get enough fruit and veg into your diet each day. But how many portions a day did you average over the last few weeks?
How are you really?
do you...
Consume certain foods, even if you are not hungry because of your cravings?
Have to have sugar every day?
Worry about cutting down on certain foods?
Struggle with bloating and stomach pain?
Prioritise other things other than your health?
Feel sluggish or fatigued?
Struggle with sleep?
Need a coffee in the morning to get you going?
Ditching stimulants like sugar and getting a handle on caffeine is one of the quickest ways to feel more energised than ever. You might even drop a few pounds.

I'm Sarah Cox

and I know how hard it is to juggle healthy eating with real life (and feel you actually have a life!). Now it's my job to coach and motivate people like you to make the changes that will transform their digestion, waistline, their health and their lives. I know from working with clients that eating well and living well gets results fast. The results can be surprising when you commit to making some changes.
