I help people understand their digestion, uncover the root cause of their symptoms, and enjoy food without fear.

If you're living with IBS, reflux, bloating, urgency, constipation, diverticular disease, or other digestive symptoms, you don't have to keep guessing.

My approach is about looking beyond the symptoms to understand what's really driving them.

 

Rather than simply removing more and more foods, I help you build strong digestive foundations, support your body's natural processes, and create realistic changes that lead to lasting improvements.

My Story

My passion for gut health began with my own journey.

In my twenties, I experienced debilitating digestive symptoms. I was constantly bloated, uncomfortable, and worried about what I could eat. Like many people, I started cutting more and more foods out of my diet, convinced I just hadn't found the "right" trigger yet.

After numerous tests, I was diagnosed with IBS and told there wasn't much that could be done.

That answer didn't sit comfortably with me.

I wanted to understand why my body was reacting the way it was.

That curiosity led me to study nutritional therapy and gut health. Through further investigation, functional testing, and making targeted nutritional and lifestyle changes, I gradually regained control of my digestion and rebuilt my confidence around food.

It completely changed the way I viewed digestive health, and ultimately shaped the way I work with my clients today.

Why I Do Things Differently

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is the belief that digestive symptoms are simply caused by the foods you eat.

While food can absolutely play a role, it's often only part of the picture.

Your digestion is influenced by many factors, including how well your digestive system is functioning, your gut microbiome, stress, daily habits, sleep, movement, nutrient status, and overall health.

That's why I focus on helping you understand your body rather than simply giving you another list of foods to avoid.

 

My goal is to help you move away from confusion and restriction and towards confidence, clarity, and food freedom.

Supporting You Every Step of the Way

I know that changing your health can feel overwhelming, especially when life is already busy.

As a mum of two, I understand the challenges of juggling work, family, and everything else life throws at you. That's why I believe any plan has to be realistic enough to fit into everyday life.

Whether we're working together through one-to-one support, stool testing, or one of my online programmes, my aim is always the same: to give you clear, personalised guidance and practical strategies that help you improve your digestion one step at a time.

Because lasting change doesn't come from perfection, it comes from understanding your body and making simple, consistent changes that work for you.
