“I signed up to one of Sarah’s programmes after a period of prolonged stress. I'd been feeling lethargic, my digestion was sluggish,  I was suffering from heart burn,  I'd not been eating particularly well and my body was feeling neglected.

 

We went right back to some nutritional basics, and built on those basics to start to rebuild some nutritional foundations that underpin health.  The holistic and practical approach meant goals set from week to week were achievable, even in the midst of busy everyday life. "I decided to see Sarah after months of reflux, bloating and indigestion"

"I was feeling exhausted and fed up with the restrictive diets I had been trying. I had cut out so many things to try to reduce my symptoms and I was worried that I wasn't getting the nutrients I needed from my diet. Sarah suggested we did a stool test, as well as a breath test to check if there was SIBO. The stool test showed I had a parasite, as well as an overgrowth of bacteria and yeast. The breath test showed I also had an overgrowth of bacteria in my small intestine. She explained how all of these things had been leading to the symptoms I was experiencing.

It was such a relief to finally understand why it had been happening. Sarah started me off on a diet to help reduce the bacteria, as well as a programme of supplements and lifestyle changes. My symptoms have reduced drastically, and I now have the confidence to eat a variety of foods again"
