My sessions with Sarah have been an immense help. I have IBS, and my diet had become so restrictive and my symptoms so severe that had lost lots of weight, and had issues with my nutrition.
Sarah's sessions helped me see my condition in a new way, for example that what I was eating wasn't necessarily the issue, as much as my digestion. After my sessions, my symptoms are back to being mild, and my diet is far less restrictive.

"I decided to see Sarah after months of reflux, bloating and indigestion"
"I was feeling exhausted and fed up with the restrictive diets I had been trying. I had cut out so many things to try to reduce my symptoms and I was worried that I wasn't getting the nutrients I needed from my diet. Sarah suggested we did a stool test, as well as a breath test to check if there was SIBO. The stool test showed I had a parasite, as well as an overgrowth of bacteria and yeast. The breath test showed I also had an overgrowth of bacteria in my small intestine. She explained how all of these things had been leading to the symptoms I was experiencing.
