As a qualified nutritional therapist, reflux practitioner and health coach with over 18 years of experience, I help people move beyond symptom management to understand what may be driving their digestive issues.

What Makes My Approach Different?
I don't believe digestive health is simply about finding more foods to avoid.
Instead, I help you understand how your digestive system is functioning and identify the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms.
This often includes looking at digestion, stress, lifestyle, habits, meal patterns, nutrient status, microbiome health, nervous system regulation, and other underlying factors that can affect how you feel.
My goal is to help you move away from confusion and restriction and towards confidence, clarity, and food freedom.

My stomach does not hurt anymore, I fart like a normal person, I don’t belch all of the time. I have far less visits to the toilet than I did before and can trust my bowels not to let me down! My confidence and self esteem have increased, I am more relaxed in social and work situations, I didn’t think it would work but it has. I have the knowledge and the tools to keep myself healthy, but if I do get some bloating or some symptoms (usually caused by stress, or migraines) I know what to do to give my stomach a rest and restore calm to my gut, not only that but the symptoms don’t last very long. I can eat out with confidence, I can cook with confidence, I can eat things I know are not the best choices but I get away with it. I have food freedom and a calm gut.
