I'm Sarah Cox, I specialise in gut health including IBS.

I drastically cut back on my diet, hoping to figure out which foods were causing my discomfort, but nothing seemed to help.
After ruling out serious conditions, my doctors gave me a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). However, I soon realised IBS is more of a catch-all term for symptoms rather than a diagnosis that points to a solution.

Determined to get to the bottom of it, I started researching the causes of my symptoms. That’s when I discovered the importance of gut health! By making simple changes to my nutrition and lifestyle, I was able to take back control of my health, my diet, and my life.

Now, I’m passionate about helping others who are struggling with stomach pain, bloating, reflux, and other digestive issues. My goal is to guide people toward a life free from discomfort so they can truly enjoy their health and their food.
Gut health has so many benefits and is so often overlooked. You are what you eat and with good gut health comes a happier body, healthier skin, a stronger immune system and improved mood.
